Session Breakdown
🕒 Minutes 0–5 | Grounding & Intention Setting
We begin with a short grounding exercise and light conversation to set the tone. You’ll be invited to share what you’re hoping to gain from telling your story.
🕒 Minutes 5–45 | Your Story, Your Voice
This is your uninterrupted space to speak freely. You’ll be guided with gentle, open-ended prompts if needed, but the focus is on you expressing your journey—past experiences, turning points, challenges, and hopes.
🕒 Minutes 45–55 | Reflections & Insight
I’ll offer minimal yet thoughtful feedback to help you identify key themes or patterns. This is not about fixing or advising—just spotlighting areas that may guide your next steps.
🕒 Minutes 55–60 | Closing & Next Steps
We wrap up with a simple reflection exercise and optional suggestions for moving forward, whether that means continued coaching, journaling, or self-exploration.
