Welcome to Listalk. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Listalk provides Strategic Life Consulting services designed to help individuals gain clarity, think through their situations, and make informed decisions. Our services are not therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

When booking a session, you agree to provide correct contact details and to attend your session at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other bookings.

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable except in cases where Listalk cancels or reschedules the session. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us within 12 Hours. Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be refunded.

Listalk provides a private and confidential environment. However, we reserve the right to disclose information if required by law or if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.

By using our services, you understand that all decisions you make based on the sessions are your own responsibility. Listalk is not liable for any outcomes, actions, or decisions taken by you before, during, or after your session.

Our services are designed to support clarity and structured thinking, but we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or timelines.

Users are expected to engage respectfully. Any abusive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

All content on the Listalk website, including text, branding, and materials, is the property of Listalk and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and services means you accept any updates.

Listalk is based in the United Arab Emirates, and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
